Design Launcher Feature

I would like to answer your question one by one.

Q1:
I'm confused about the Designer Launcher feature. Is it available on the "Startup" package?
A1:
The Designer Launcher feature is not included in the "Startup" package, it's only included in the DEVELOPER package and the ENTERPRISE package.

Q2:
If they're not the same thing, is there any difference?
A2:
The "Designer Launcher" feature is just a small part of "Designer Marketplace".
- Designer Launcher allow user to sign up as a Designer to create and sell their design on the website, Designer will receive commission for that design as discuss with admin.
- Designer Marketplace allows admin to turn their site into an eCommerce site, invite vendors to sell products on their site.

Q3:
Also is there an option to add a printing fee per element (text, cliparts, photo, elements)?
A3:
This feature is currently not included in our product but surely we can customize this feature if you need it.
