I am a customer from 4 months ago when I purchased web2print magento 1. Since the release of the updated version for magento 2 I have found the upgrade files are missing certain key files in my download section on my account. I have contacted support 4 - 5 days ago and haven't had ANY valuable response from the support team in regards to my issues. I had a quick hello we're looking into it and then nothing for 4+ days.
I hope this reaches the right people to get the support team active on my case.
