After click on Add to Basket, on Product details page still not working. After click on button it is showing "Adding" and also does not showing successful message. and also first comment box alignment is not proper. Others comment box are coming properly.

We have purchased your multi-vendor extension (magento2.1.7) and installed on localhost, followed all instructions as described in pdf doc. After that As I signup there and then tried to access user account , getting following error:

Hi,
I got the Antique theme for Magento 2 and it's slider is broken.
I raised the ticket on 23rd march. It's 31st today and I'm yet to receive a resolution or a follow up reply.
I have sent repeated messages to the effect but no acknowledgement either.
Please let me know how this could possibly qualify as 'support'.
