3 steps to deactivate Quick View extension for Magento 2:
Step 1: Deactivate
Login to Admin panel -> Quick view -> General -> at Enable Quick View bar, select No -> Save Config
Step 2: Flush cache
(Remember to refresh cache after each change)
At admin panel -> System -> Cache management -> select all cache -> Click Flush Magento cache
Step 3: Over view at frontend
