Samuel: The DEMO was interesting for our client. So we had to proceed with it. Magento marketplace theme integrated Multi-vendor package
2. Which highlight feature do you like most in our products/ solutions?
Samuel: I like all of it.
3. Do you feel easy when installing our product/ solutions?
Samuel: No, it was not easy. Support was required to setup the Magento 2 marketplace theme.
4. Tell us about your experience with our team and tell us the staff name that impressed you?
Samuel: Vincent most especially was very responsive. Dragon was not responding initially but eventually when he came. He worked as far as giving in extra hours after official hours to ensure that my issue was fixed.
That was really outstanding for Dragon and Vincent! They were great guys.
5. Tell us your success story after using our products/ solutions?
Samuel: The support was interesting because they went extra mile for us when we needed them to fix issues on the theme.
6. Do you suggest any better ideal for our products/ solutions?
Samuel: Yes, the support team needs to help people with the initial setup of the theme to achieve a replication of the demo site especially when the person cannot easily replicate the same thing they see on demo.
For example, when we setup the quickstart theme package for multistore, we couldn't get the same look like the multistore, there were errors. meaning that latest fixes that enable the demo site to function properly upon transfer of files to another server and simply clearing cache was not updated on the quickstart package available to buyers of the theme.
7. Do you like to recommend our products/ solutions to others?
Samuel: Yes. Absolutely
