• Joomla Administration credentials (link, username, password) - we need to have permissions to perform installs and configure settings.
• Joomla version requested.
• FTP Credentials - in order to perform the installation, we will need to have FTP credentials to where you want the install.
• Database Credentials - we will need either the database name, username and password to access the database created for your install, or we will need phpmyadmin credentials to perform the necessary work.
