Yes. There is no obligation, and you keep the written assessment whatever you decide.
Will you always recommend moving?
No. If your store relies on Magento features that WooCommerce would not handle well, the assessment says so.
Do you need full access to my store?
Usually read-only access or exports are enough. We ask for the least access we need and delete copies after the assessment.
What happens after the assessment?
If you want to go ahead, we send a separate quote for the migration based on the assessment.
