Instant Claim Process: If you have discovered your agency listing on Cloodo and it belongs to you, simply navigate to the Agency Detail Page and find the "Claim Agency" button. Click on it to claim ownership. In most cases, you will be automatically granted managerial access to your agency listing within the Cloodo Workspace.
Submit a Support Ticket:
If, for any reason, you are unable to use the claim agency button, you can reach out to our Support Services by clicking on "Request Services." In the service details, please include the following information:
- Agency name:
- Your name:
- Your email:
- Your contact number:
- Any additional details to support your claim:
Verification Process: Once you have submitted the support ticket, our team will initiate the verification process. We may require additional evidence to confirm that you are the rightful owner or a representative of the agency. This verification process is essential to ensure the accuracy and security of agency ownership.
Agency Management: Upon successful verification, you will be granted access to manage and update your claimed agency listing within the Cloodo Workspace. This enables you to control the agency information, collaborate with team members, and track its progress within our platform.

Unauthorized Agency Ownership: If you suspect that another user has illegitimately claimed ownership of your agency listing, please open a support ticket immediately. Our team will investigate the issue and provide the necessary support to resolve the situation.
