Follow these 4 simple steps to disable the matrix table for a product:

Step 1: Find the product at admin panel
Login to admin panel -> Catalog -> Products -> Search product you want to deactivate the matrix price feature 

Step 2: Deactivate price matrix
Click Edit -> Scroll down to Create Price matrix -> At status bar, select Disable (do this to all attribute) -> Click Save 

Step 3: Flush Cache
(Remember to flush cache after every changes)
Go back to admin panel -> Select System / Cache Management -> Select all cache types -> click Flush Magento Cache
