Cmsmart will develop and integrate Progressive Web App (PWA) features for WordPress/WooCommerce stores. Scope includes:

• Mobile-first optimization and Core Web Vitals improvement.
• App-like features such as splash screen and add-to-home-screen.
• Offline browsing support to maintain access without internet.
• Push notification integration for customer engagement.
• SEO-friendly structure to retain and grow organic rankings.

Out of scope unless agreed separately:

• Full website redesign or UI overhaul.
• Third-party licenses or paid CDN services not included in the project agreement.

Delivery Timeline and Milestones

• Standard Package: 2 weeks
• Advanced Package: 3–4 weeks
• Premium Package: 6–8 weeks

Each project follows milestones:

• Initial system audit
• PWA features implementation
• Testing and Core Web Vitals benchmarking
• Final delivery with handover training

Communication and Support

Ecommerce Payment Terms

• 50 percent deposit required at project start.
• 50 percent balance due upon delivery.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer.
• Mandatory maintenance renewal every 6 months at 35 percent of the package cost.

Warranty and Bug Fixes

Cmsmart provides a 30-day warranty covering:

• Bugs directly related to Cmsmart’s PWA development.
• Issues in cache or CDN configuration included in the scope.

Excludes:

• Bugs caused by new plugins added after delivery.
• Hosting or server-related issues outside Cmsmart’s control.

Custom Development and Updates

• Custom API, CRM, or advanced workflow integrations require a separate agreement.
• Maintaining custom features after WordPress or WooCommerce updates may involve additional fees.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• 30-day money-back guarantee if agreed deliverables are not met.
• Partial refunds available if only part of the scope is delivered.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to WordPress admin and hosting.
• Deliver brand assets, content, and resources required.
• Approve milestones within 48 hours to avoid delays.

Third-Party Licenses

• Clients may need to purchase additional licenses for:
• Premium CDN services (e.g., Cloudflare Pro, BunnyCDN).
• Push notification or PWA-related premium plugins.
• Cmsmart will guide selection and assist in configuration.

Change Requests and Scope Adjustments

• Any requests outside the original scope (e.g., UI redesign, CRM integration) will require a revised quote.
• Cmsmart ensures all changes are documented, quoted, and approved before execution.
