Perhaps I do not understand time frame in responding to questions on tickets? I cannot seem to get a response from anyone on the tech side within 3 to 4 days it seems?
In my business customer service is everything.
I really want to implement your products on my site. Without a little direction or help I wont be able to use this product. I was thinking about the 1 page checkout extension as well but so far I dont want to take a chance on something else that might take some direction as well and not be able to use.
Customer service thus far has been lack luster.

Right now I am using local copy on local host. I wanted to test the extension first before I install in online. I suppose I can install online but I dont have a way to test with orders and delete them after?

Hello. Your extension works as intended. I am just looking for a code snippet that is not listed in the list of codes for template creation?

I am building a custom template. There is one column that is on the original VM order form. There is not a code for it on custom template builder.
Its the only row missing it seems.
Its the row that shows final price per item? How can I get this row to show in custom template?
I have some pictures that show the row I am looking for?
Please advise.

Currently I am just asking a few questions that I would like answers to so I know if what I am looking at is correct or not? I am not saying anything is not working.
I just need to know 2 questions.
Do the tax fields (in the template creator) actually show tax prices? Yes/No?
Can you adjust a data field (in the template creator) "prices" or add another data field to show overridden prices instead? Yes/No?
This is not rocket science. If those 2 questions were answered I could make a decision on what to do next.
In case there were questions about what I was talking about I provided pictures. So they can see what I am talking about.

Is there any way you can help me get someone who is serious about helping me fix some issues?
It will be another week gone by and all we are doing is exchanging one reply per every 2 days and we are getting nowhere. This is ridiculous. Now I am seeing something at the top of the ticket system saying I have 13 days left. I feel that we are stalling to help.

I hate thinking I spent money for a product that I cant use.

I really love this product but I have about given up. I cant seem to get any real help.
The pdf template looks great! I dont know if my version of VM is the problem or what. I have the latest version as of this writing. 3.8.2 and joomla 3.9.18 . All I need is to be able to import from the original invoice order the "final price" and the "tax calculation". Neither work on your template. I think right now your " final price tab is connected to the base price and not the final?
I am glad to work with anyone who wants to address these issues so I can use your product. I am needing this to work today. I have people placing orders daily.

Ken I have uninstalled the CMS extension for now since I have orders coming in and did not want any conflicts.
If Binh can figure out the tax and price situation he is more than welcome to install a fresh copy with updates?
