Policies: Buyers open a ticket to request a refund. If a refund is accepted, the value of refund will be CHANGED INTO REWARD POINTS for buyers. 
We will not ISSUE REFUND BY MONEY

Our Refund Policies: Users may come here to read the refund policy before making a purchase or after. At first, CMSMART would like to thank customers for their product's interests. To make sure the Cmsmart staff and customers have a good negotiation before a client claims a refund, here are some rules:

A. A customer can not get a full refund if:

The customer has downloaded the item bought. As the system records their download times, so there will be a clear proof relating to this matter. 
Never request a refund for a product if you don't have ever used it and decide that you don't need it after purchase. All the same, cases will be completely refused from our side. 
The same policy will be applied if:
- You don't open any ticket support 
- You write a bad review about the products before open any ticket support 
- You don't contact us before but open a Paypal dispute 
- You refuse to give us information to give support
- You open too many tickets at the same time
- You treat the supporter in a rude manner without respect


B. Here's what customers need to work with the Cmsmart team: 

1. Communicate with us our seller via a forum, contact us page or ticket support 

2. Submit a ticket, providing them Cpanel (your hosting account), FTP account and admin account of your website. 

3. The Cmsmart team has to respond a customer's ticket in 24 hours except for weekend or holidays 
Please follow the ticket in a constructive way. There will be a person in charge who follows the process of handling tickets. 
If the customer is not pleasant to work with the team, the representative has rights to protect the seller (Cmsmart). 
In contrast, if the developers staff do not resolve the issue of the customer in 3 days, the representative must issue a refund to the customer, assuming that it is not a custom job. 
If the issue is considered to be a customization, please being aware of paying the fee to fix the problem.
