I would like to return full or partial price because the extension I bought needs fixes which costs me a lot of money. I couldn't check it without downloading the extension.

I have tried, but your Customer Service always asked for FTP server access. I installed your extensions on clean vanilla Magento, why you need access to my server? In the tickets I explained exactly which line in the extension's code causes the problems, I really don't see any reason to give you access to my private server.
Furthermore, no one from the customer service checked the real problem, like the people who are working there (maybe bots) have though rules to not help without FTP credentials.
I also tried to write an email to [email protected] but this address is not available (sic!).
I tested One Step Checkout, Ajax Cart, Admin Responsive Theme and none of them are working without additional development. What's more important, the code quality is so bad that I have to to pay twice as more to fix your extensions, because I need to go further with my project and don't have time to wait a couple of days for the customer service answers. I can't recommend your extensions, I really want to but they are not worth a single penny.

there are missing files in your extension: js/cmsmart/ajaxcart/swatches/configurable.js
That's where you don't need access to my server. And you shouldn't need it at all if you were professionals. But I am going to give you that access and ask your team for help again.

ok, I ask an install but your guy couldn't do it well. I paid $2000 to have a good service. But now I know it better to buy $84 for the theme and buy a licence directly to dokan $1746 and I have 5 licence lifetime and it will be less expensive.
