All the products listed on Cmsmart marketplace should be downloaded, upgraded and supported within 6 months since your order is confirmed (some special products are 3 months) from 1 Dec 2015.
After purchasing our products, you can access and download this products included its upgraded version if it is available on system.
Policies:
The product will not be able to download if it was un-published to be sold by seller or by marketplace for any reasons (not developed any more, or copyright infringement).
Any new versions, bug fix, improvements…of the products will be notified to buyers who bought product within 6 months.
Buyer can download and support within 12 months(some special items are 6 months). You can still receive public support via forum if your support expired. If you want to receive the private support, you can buy the private support for that package.

I purchased the Magento printing theme on 14 September 2016 and i had a download period of 6 month, still i didnt start to implement my website , and now i try to download its showing expired. while purchasing its shows 6 month download period but how its changed to 3 months only
Your policy is totally unacceptable.
I was not informed that I would have to make regular payments to continue using your products. I paid $161.00 for a plugin which didn't even work properly - and still doesn't. Whilst checking to see if there had been an update, I was horrified to find out I no longer can download a product which I paid for just 6 months ago. Every other plugin I have purchased from other sites, allows me free lifetime updates - only support is limited to 6 months.
I doubt what you are doing is legal and I will research my consumer rights further.
In the meantime, I demand a full refund.
