Install the Cmsmart B2B plugin from your dashboard and activate it with your licence key; the Cmsmart B2B plan unlocks configuration.

Yes. Assign a price list to each company, or use a tier preset. Prices come only from an active member of an active company and apply in the catalogue, cart, checkout and re-order.
Can I use my own theme?
Yes. The buyer account lives in WooCommerce My Account and takes its colours from your theme. The Cmsmart B2B Store is a ready-made option when you do not have a storefront yet.
How do I pay securely?
Contracts and payments go to the company, Netbase JSC: plans are paid through PayPal; services are invoiced by Netbase JSC under a written proposal and paid by bank transfer to Netbase JSC's company account or by PayPal Business. Cmsmart (Cmsmart Ecommerce) is the ecommerce brand of Netbase JSC, a company based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
