Does Order again keep the customer's design?
Yes. The plugin copies the design into a new working file for the new cart item, so the reorder uses the same design and the original order is untouched.
Are print options and uploaded files kept?
Yes. The print options and uploaded files are restored into the cart when the buyer orders again.
Can the buyer change the quantity?
Yes. The items land in the WooCommerce cart, where the quantity can be changed before checkout. With Cmsmart B2B the company's min, max and pack quantities are checked on every reorder.
Can reorders run on a schedule?
Not out of the box. Scheduled and standing reorders are built as custom development. Orders above a company's approval rule wait for an approver, reorders included.
How do I pay securely?
Contracts and payments go to the company, Netbase JSC: plans are paid through PayPal; services are invoiced by Netbase JSC under a written proposal and paid by bank transfer to Netbase JSC's company account or by PayPal Business. Cmsmart (Cmsmart Ecommerce) is the ecommerce brand of Netbase JSC, a company based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
