Turn on quotes so the Quotes area appears in My Account.
Let customers save designs so My designs fills up.

Not in the plugin. Teams and approval queues are part of the Cmsmart B2B Ecommerce package, in early access, and we build them today as custom development.

Yes. Buyers use Order again on a past order or in My designs, and the design, options and files come back into the cart.
