Is Cmsmart only for print shops?
No. Cmsmart is for any WooCommerce business that sells customisable or catalogue products: print, gifts, apparel, packaging, business buyers and multi-vendor marketplaces. The Cmsmart Product Designer plugin works in any WooCommerce store, and Cmsmart Stores offer one ready-made store per niche, with new niches added to the catalogue over time.
What is the difference between the plugin and a Cmsmart store?
The plugin, Cmsmart Product Designer, adds product personalisation and print options to the WooCommerce store you already run. A Cmsmart store is a complete WooCommerce store, with its theme, pages and sample products, and the plugin already set up. Every plan includes the plugin; Fullstore adds the ready-made niche stores, B2B adds the Cmsmart B2B Store and Marketplace adds the Cmsmart Marketplace Store.
How do I install a Cmsmart store?
Open Store Catalogue in your Cmsmart dashboard, pick a store and press Set Up. The Store Setup wizard gives you one installer file to upload to an empty folder on your host; you need an empty database or a cPanel token. When you open its link, it checks the host, installs WordPress, WooCommerce, the plugin and the store theme, imports the demo store with sample data and enters your licence key.
I bought Cmsmart before. What do I get now?
That depends on your licence. An active subscription keeps renewing at your existing price; every store package is a free download from your dashboard, and your key activates the stores its plan includes. An expired licence is renewed on the current plans. A Premium licence covers the plugin only: upgrade the same key to Fullstore, B2B or Marketplace to add the stores.
What is the Cmsmart Ecommerce plugin?
A WooCommerce plugin, formerly called NBDesigner or Cmsmart Product Designer, that adds an online product designer and web-to-print ordering to your store. Shoppers design in the browser; you receive the design with the order.

Does it export print-ready files?
Premium exports a print-ready PDF and a CMYK JPG per order item. Check a sample file against your printer's specification before you go live, because every print shop has its own.
