AI runs on tokens from the store owner's Cmsmart wallet, so your buyers never see a charge. Tokens come with a monthly plan and the balance resets at each renewal. This page does not print a per-use cost; the live plans and balance are on AI credits and in your dashboard.

What does AI web-to-print software need to do for a print shop?
It should clean up customer artwork before staff handle it. In Cmsmart that means cutting out backgrounds, raising resolution and checking the print file in your own WooCommerce store, with the results attached to the order rather than living in separate tools.
Can I limit who uses the AI tools?
Yes. In Cmsmart Cloud, AI Tools you choose Everyone, Members or Customers who have ordered, switch each tool on or off, set a daily limit per customer and keep a token reserve. Buyers never pay; the cost comes from your wallet.
Is this a replacement for a prepress operator?
No. It catches common problems early: backgrounds, low resolution and the five preflight checks. Colour-critical jobs and difficult artwork still need a person. The tools reduce handling; they do not claim accuracy figures.
Does it work outside WooCommerce?
No. The tools run in the Cmsmart Ecommerce plugin for WooCommerce. There is no Shopify or Etsy version, and no built-in link to Printful, Printify or Gelato.
How do I connect it to my MIS or ERP?
That is custom development. We scope an integration that pushes preflight results and print files into your production system, build it on your store and track it in WorkSuite like any client project.
How do I budget the AI tokens?
Tokens come from a monthly plan in your Cmsmart wallet and the balance resets at each renewal. Use the daily customer limit and the reserve setting to protect order checks. The live plans are on the AI credits page.
