Connect your ecommerce store to every system you run
Built on WooCommerce, connected to your ERP, CRM, print-on-demand suppliers, print MIS and carriers. Assessed first, then quoted.

The short answer
Cmsmart connects a Cmsmart Ecommerce or WooCommerce store to the systems around it: ERP, CRM, print-on-demand and fulfilment suppliers, print MIS, shipping and 3PL, or any system with an API. We start with a free integration assessment, then quote the build, so the scope is clear before you commit.
| Scope | Order, product, stock, customer, file and tracking flows between your store and the systems you already run |
|---|---|
| What syncs | Set per project in a data map: which system owns each field, which way it flows and how often |
| Typical inputs | Admin or sandbox access to each system, an API user, example orders and your daily volumes |
| Deliverables | Data map, integration built on staging, tested scenarios, go-live plan, monitoring and a run book |
| How pricing works | Free assessment first. The build is quoted per project and paid by milestone. No public price list. |

How the systems connect
By type of system
Choose what you want to connect
Each service lists what syncs, the options we compare, what is included and what we need from you.
- POD and fulfilment integration Built on WooCommerce. The design, the print-ready file and the order reach your fulfilment provider without re-keying, and tracking comes back to the store. See the service →
- ERP integration The ERP stays the system of record. The store stays the storefront. We map who owns each field and build the flows between them. See the service →
- CRM integration Customers, orders, quotes and abandoned carts in your CRM, and approved quotes back to the store as an order link. See the service →
- Print MIS integration The order, its options and the print-ready file reach your MIS, and job status returns to the buyer's account. See the service →
- Custom API and webhook integration If a system has an API, or can exchange files, we can connect it to your store. Built as custom development, with a queue, retries and monitoring. See the service →
- Shipping and 3PL integration Orders go to your shipping tool, carrier or fulfilment warehouse, and tracking and stock come back to the store. See the service →
By system
Connect a specific system
A system gets its own page where buyers search for it by name and the standard route leaves a gap that custom work closes. Others are sections on the category pages.
- Printful and WooCommerce The shopper's design, as a print file on each order line, goes to Printful through its API. Tracking comes back to your store. See the service →
- Printify and WooCommerce Orders, variants, print areas and tracking between your store and Printify through its API. See the service →
- Gelato and WooCommerce Orders, print files and tracking between your store and Gelato via the provider's API, confirmed against its current documentation. See the service →
- NetSuite and WooCommerce NetSuite stays the system of record. Your store stays the storefront. We map the flows and choose the route. See the service →
Other fulfilment providers, each with an anchor on the POD and fulfilment page: Gooten, Prodigi, CustomCat, SPOD, T-Pop, Teelaunch, Apliiq, Lulu Direct, Peecho, Printed Mint and Scalable Press.

Process
How an integration project runs
Each phase is a milestone, approved and invoiced one at a time in your dashboard. The timeline is set in the assessment, because it depends on your systems and volumes.
- Free integration assessment. We review your systems, the owner of each field, your volumes and API access, and tell you what is feasible.
- Architecture and data map (milestone 1). A signed-off design that states what syncs, which way, how often and which system owns each field.
- Build in sprints on staging, using sandbox accounts of your systems.
- User acceptance testing with your own order, price and file scenarios.
- Go-live with a cut-over plan, a back-fill of open orders and monitoring switched on.
- Support. Tickets in your dashboard, health checks, and updates when either system changes its API.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What does an ecommerce integration service cover?
It connects your store to another system so data moves without re-keying: orders to an ERP or supplier, customers to a CRM, tracking back to the shopper. The assessment sets what syncs, which way, how often and which system owns each field. The build is then quoted per project.
Do I need a connector, an integration platform or custom code?
It depends on the systems, the volume and the logic you need. A marketplace connector fits standard flows, an integration platform fits many systems, and custom code fits B2B prices, personalised files or multi-supplier routing. The free assessment compares the three for your case.
Can personalised designs and print files reach my supplier automatically?
Yes, as custom development. The Cmsmart product designer gives each order line its own design and a print-ready file. The bridge that sends that file to a supplier or MIS through its API is built for your project.
Can you integrate a system that has no API?
Usually yes, through scheduled CSV or SFTP exchange or an email order sheet. It is less real-time than an API, and the assessment states the limits before you decide.
Do you implement the ERP or CRM itself?
No. We connect your store to the system. Implementing or licensing the ERP, CRM or MIS is quoted separately or done by that system's own partner.
How is an integration project priced?
There is no public price list. After the free assessment you get a quote, with the data map as milestone 1. Each milestone is approved and invoiced one at a time in your dashboard.
Who maintains the integration when a system changes its API?
That is covered by a support plan or the enterprise support tier, agreed with you. Updates to WooCommerce or the connected system are tested on staging first.
