The challenge
Ton Atelier, a prominent supplier of custom heat transfer solutions for the apparel decoration industry, recognized the need to enhance their online ordering capabilities. Customers faced challenges in discovering services and products, which led to a need for a more efficient digital experience.
The objective was to optimize the website's design to improve customer satisfaction, facilitate easier access to products, and streamline the ordering process, thereby heightening operational efficiency and enhancing the user experience.
What we built
CMSMART provided a comprehensive solution that transformed Ton Atelier’s digital landscape. By adopting a customer-centric approach, the new platform featured a well-structured catalog and simplified navigation, allowing users to easily locate products and services.
CMSMART implemented the improvements through a structured approach focusing on user experience. Initial assessments of the existing site identified key improvement areas. Following this, a prototype was developed and tested to gather feedback before final deployment.
This transformation integrated seamlessly into Ton Atelier’s existing workflow. The steps from quote requests to artwork proofs and final production became more coherent, helping to reduce errors and accelerate fulfillment processes.
