How do I let designers sell templates on my store?
Switch on the designer store in the Cmsmart plugin settings and set the commission. Customers then apply to become designers from My Account and publish designs and templates for your products.
How are designer commissions paid?
By commission on every order that uses a designer's design, as a percentage, a flat amount or both. Designers request withdrawals from their Design store tab and you approve them.
Can a business client have its own designers?
Yes, as custom development: we assign designers to a business client and can add client approval of their work. The plugin itself does not tie designers to one client.
Is this a multi-vendor marketplace?
No. Designers sell designs and templates for your products, and your store stays the seller. For a multi-vendor marketplace we offer separate marketplace development.
Can designers upload templates for print products?
Yes. Designers create templates in the same online designer your customers use, so a template they publish is exactly what the buyer edits and orders.
