How AI tokens work
- The store owner pays for AI in Cmsmart tokens. Your customers never see a token or a price.
- One Cmsmart wallet is shared by every AI tool on your account. You see the balance and your plan in the dashboard under Usage & Tokens.
- Each plan renewal replaces the balance with the plan's allowance. Unused tokens, including mid-cycle top-ups, do not carry over.
- When the balance runs out you get a single email, and you can top up without leaving WordPress admin (2.15).
AI integration service
Connecting AI to your own catalog, support desk or order workflow is custom work, scoped and quoted per project. It is a service, not a packaged plugin feature.
Typical requests: an assistant that answers questions about your catalog, sorting incoming quote requests, or adding an AI step to a product, order or CRM workflow.
