User Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your personal data from Cmsmart (a division of Netbase JSC), including any data we received when you signed in with Facebook or Google. For how we handle data generally, see our Privacy Policy.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please include:
- the name and email address on your Cmsmart account, and
- if you signed in with Facebook or Google, a note saying which one.
We verify the request comes from you (the account owner) and then permanently delete your account and associated personal data.
Facebook Login users
If you signed in with Facebook and want to remove the connection as well:
- Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find Cmsmart and choose Remove. This stops Facebook from sharing further data with us.
- Then send the deletion request above so we also erase any data already stored.
What is deleted
We delete your account profile, the name/email obtained via social sign-in, saved preferences and support history. Records we are legally required to keep (for example invoices and tax records) are retained only for the minimum period the law requires and are then deleted.
Timeframe
We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and email you to confirm.
