Brand templates your clients can edit without breaking the brand
A brand template lets staff at a client personalise a business card or banner while the brand stays fixed. In the Cmsmart plugin you create templates in the designer, assign them to products and lock each layer's movement, rotation and scaling. Cmsmart B2B makes a template saved by a company member private to that company, adds approval by the company admin before it is used, and adds brand rules: allowed fonts, brand colours, clipart categories, and templates that must keep the logo.

In short
What Private Templates does for your B2B clients
Lock the logo, the layout and the colours, leave the name and phone number editable. Brand library, brand rules and company-private brand templates, built on Cmsmart Product Designer.

Business cards, signage and stationery for multi-branch brands
The problem
Every free edit is a brand risk
Give a client's staff a blank editor and you get stretched logos, wrong colours and reprints. Give them nothing and every card goes through your studio.
Logos get moved, resized or recoloured
Each branch invents its own layout
Your studio spends hours on name changes
Reprints eat the margin on corporate accounts

Straight answers about Private Templates, checked against the plugin.
Can I stop clients moving the logo?
Yes. In template mode each layer can be locked for horizontal or vertical movement, rotation and scaling, or force-locked, in the Cmsmart plugin.
Can a template be shown only to one client?
Yes, with Cmsmart B2B: a template saved by a company member is private to that company, and you can assign an existing template to a company or release it.
Can I limit the fonts and colours a client can use?
Yes. Brand rules set the allowed fonts, the brand colours (optionally the only colours), the clipart categories and templates that must keep the logo. They apply to the company's active members.
Can staff upload their own photo into a template?
Yes. An image layer can be marked as replaceable, so the client swaps in their own photo while the rest stays locked.
How do I pay securely?
Contracts and payments go to the company, Netbase JSC: plans are paid through PayPal; services are invoiced by Netbase JSC under a written proposal and paid by bank transfer to Netbase JSC's company account or by PayPal Business. Cmsmart (Cmsmart Ecommerce) is the ecommerce brand of Netbase JSC, a company based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
How do I contact Cmsmart or get a quote?
