Create the company and set its storage quota under Cmsmart B2B, Brand library.

Can I add a client's logos and fonts to the designer?
Yes. Cliparts, fonts and backgrounds are libraries you manage in wp-admin. With Cmsmart B2B each company also gets its own Brand assets library, and brand rules limit the fonts and colours its members can use.
Can one client's assets be hidden from other clients?
Yes, with Cmsmart B2B: files in a company library are visible only to that company's members, and downloads are authenticated.
Do uploaded files come back when the client re-orders?
Yes. When an order is placed again, the plugin copies the design and uploaded files into the new cart item.
Is artwork checked before print?
AI Print Preflight checks print PDFs for resolution, colour mode, fonts, bleed and transparency. It is a separate AI feature of the plugin.
How do I pay securely?
Contracts and payments go to the company, Netbase JSC: plans are paid through PayPal; services are invoiced by Netbase JSC under a written proposal and paid by bank transfer to Netbase JSC's company account or by PayPal Business. Cmsmart (Cmsmart Ecommerce) is the ecommerce brand of Netbase JSC, a company based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
