The challenge
The client operates within the printing industry, specializing in custom products such as business cards, flyers, and signage. Customers utilize the platform to easily navigate through various product offerings, upload their designs, and complete their purchases. However, the previous system faced challenges in service discoverability and ordering efficiency.
The main objectives were to improve the online ordering experience, enhance the visibility of services, and simplify the design upload process to better cater to customer needs.
What we built
Cmsmart restructured the client’s online presence to foster a seamless ordering journey. By enhancing navigation capabilities and optimizing the service catalog layout, we ensured that customers could quickly find and engage with desired products. Moreover, we introduced user-friendly design upload features that simplified the process of submitting artwork for printing.
Our approach began with an analysis of the existing user journey to identify pain points. We then developed a streamlined navigation structure and integrated new functionalities to facilitate easier product discovery and ordering processes. A phased implementation ensured minimal disruption while enhancing user experience.
With the refined platform, the customer journey now starts with browsing through services, followed by submitting design proofs for approval before moving to production and fulfillment. This streamlined process allows for greater clarity and enhanced client interaction.
