I have already tested the back-end up to a point. Another representative was kind enough to provide login details to a colleague of mine. However, as stated in my original comment; I'm trying to view a custom design that I've uploaded to the test site, but for some reason I am met with the message "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.".

I think there may be an issue with the test websites installation. Could it be checked?

I have. I have logged into the demo. I have also, as a customer, submitted a custom design. I would now like to view that custom design via the back end. The demo does not allow me to.
