Scope of Work
Cloodo WACRM provides end-to-end setup and optimization of your WhatsApp Business Catalog.
The service covers:
- Catalog creation and organization of product categories.
- Product uploads with images, pricing, and descriptions.
- Design alignment with brand visuals.
- Integration with ecommerce or CRM systems (Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, WorkSuite).
- Functionality testing and catalog publishing.
Additional services such as bulk uploads, multi-language setup, or advanced automation workflows are quoted separately.

Delivery Timeline and Milestones
A standard project follows these stages:
- Requirement discovery and data preparation: 1–2 business days.
- Catalog setup and product upload: 2–3 business days.
- Design and optimization: 1–2 business days.

- Bugs or sync errors caused by setup issues will be fixed free of charge.
- Issues resulting from third-party platform updates (Shopify, Meta, or WhatsApp API) will be handled under a new maintenance quote.
Custom Development and Updates
- Custom automations, advanced integrations, or multilingual catalogs are not included in the base scope.
- Such requests will be quoted separately with defined milestones.
- All enhancements follow Cloodo’s Custom Development and Automation Policy.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Full refunds apply only before project kickoff.
- After setup begins, refunds follow the Cloodo 30-day satisfaction guarantee if deliverables do not match the approved scope.
- No refunds are issued once the catalog is delivered and accepted.

Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete product data (names, images, prices, SKUs) before setup.
- Confirm catalog structure, product order, and naming conventions before final deployment.

Third-Party Licenses

Change Requests and Scope Adjustments
