Terms of Service — WhatsApp CRM Integration
Scope of Work
Cloodo WACRM will provide a full integration service connecting your WhatsApp Business or WhatsApp Business API account with your preferred CRM platform (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Bitrix24, or WorkSuite).
The scope includes setup, synchronization of messages and contacts, AI configuration for automatic note generation, and delivery testing.
Custom feature requests, additional API development, or cross-system automation not listed in the proposal will require separate quotations.

Delivery Timeline and Milestones
Project timelines depend on the CRM selected and data complexity.
A standard integration follows this schedule:
- Discovery and access verification: 1–2 business days.
- API connection and data mapping: 2–3 business days.
- Testing and quality assurance: 1–2 business days.
- Final deployment and training: within 7 business days of kickoff.
- Adjustments to this timeline require written confirmation through the Cloodo WACRM Project Dashboard.
Communication and Support
All communication, file exchange, and ticket management will occur via the Cloodo WACRM Project Dashboard or official support channels.
Our support team is available Monday–Friday (9:00–18:00 GMT+7) by WhatsApp and email.
Each client receives 30 days of standard post-delivery support. Extended support or maintenance packages may be purchased through the Cloodo Support Center.
Payment Terms
Payment is required before integration work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted methods: PayPal, Stripe, or company invoice transfer.
All prices are listed in USD and exclusive of taxes.
Invoices are issued via the WorkSuite Payment Module and include clear descriptions of deliverables.
Failure to complete payment within the agreed schedule may result in project suspension.
Warranty and Bug Fixes
Cloodo WACRM guarantees that the integration will function as described in the approved proposal for a period of 30 days following delivery.
Any confirmed bugs related to the integration code or connection will be fixed at no cost within this warranty period.
Bugs caused by third-party updates (CRM version changes or Meta API policy updates) will be reviewed and quoted separately.
Custom Development and Updates
Custom automation, API extensions, or workflow scripts beyond the base integration are treated as new development.
Each update will require its own milestone and cost approval.
Ongoing update services are governed by Cloodo’s Custom Integration Policy.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before work begins for a full refund.
After initial setup (API access and configuration), refunds are limited to Cloodo’s 30-day money-back guarantee if deliverables fail to meet the documented scope.
No refunds are issued once full deployment and client acceptance are confirmed.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide valid WhatsApp Business credentials, CRM API keys, and access permissions during the discovery phase.
Failure to provide timely access or accurate data may delay delivery.
Clients are responsible for verifying that their WhatsApp Business use complies with Meta’s Business Messaging Policy and their local data-privacy regulations.
Third-Party Licenses
This service may rely on third-party software or APIs (Meta, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
All such licenses remain the property of their respective owners.
The client is responsible for maintaining any required third-party subscriptions.
Cloodo WACRM acts solely as the integration provider and is not liable for external service interruptions.
Change Requests and Scope Adjustments
Any change in scope, including additional features, new workflow logic, or CRM expansion, must be submitted as a formal change request through the Cloodo WACRM Ticket System.
Upon approval, new costs and deadlines will be confirmed in writing before implementation.
Unauthorized modifications or use of unapproved extensions may void the integration warranty.
