Cut-off date/time

Hi, Is it possible for admins to set a cut-off date/hour ? For example: a customer would have to order before a specified time in order to be able to deliver the next day (or even 2 days).

Our product has the feature of block after day. Ex, if you want to set a cut off date within 1 day, customer can not choose the delivery date in the next day.
In case, you want to set in the limited time, i am so sorry to say that currently our product does not support this feature.
