Follow these simple steps to active Quick View Extension for Magento 2:

Step 1: Turn on module
Login to Admin panel -> Select Quick View -> At Enable Quick View bar, select Yes

Step 2: Customize Quick view button
Change Button Text, text color, Background Color, Quick View Title, add link to the product, add product’s information, add related product and upsell product -> Save Config.

Step 3: Refresh cache
(Remember to refresh cache after each change) 
At admin panel -> System -> Cache management -> select all cache -> Click Flush Magento cache

Step 4: Add relate product and upsell product
At admin panel -> Select catalog -> Product -> Select product and click Edit -> Scroll to the end and select Relate products, Up-Sells and Cross-sell -> Click add related product (Up-sell and Cross-sell) -> Save

Step 5: Refresh cache again 
(Remember to repeat this step after each changes) 
At admin panel -> System -> Cache management -> select all cache -> Click Flush Magento cache
