I purchased the magento order upload extension and it's not woking at all.
I even tried in lower version of the magento default theme. Did not work at all.
I submitted the ticket for help. No one reply from your end.

How long did it take you that they solve the problem? Im a day away from a week from not having the issue solved, Im starting to think that I should cancel my order, and report them with paypal.
