My designer has not functioned properly since I purchased it. It does not work like the demo.

Problem 1: I am trying to figure out why my .svg files are not configurable for color changes.
Problem 2: Even when I have customer uploads turned off, they are still able to upload files. Neither setting turns it off.
Problem 3: After selecting art to be added, there is a dark tint covering my entire screen. I have to click the screen to get it to go away.

I need these issues resolved quickly so I can take my site live.
