Hi. I'm thinking about upgrading to pro, but first I need to know if I can control what tools my customers can use for each product?
I want them to be able to edit premade designs and not be able to upload themself. I also want to enable my customers to change the image I already uploaded to the design so they can use their own, but only in the products where there is an image.
And also - Can I as an admin have all the tools enable so I can make a premade design, even when the tools are disables for my customers?
I hope it makes sense.
Hello Louise,
First of all, thank you for your interest in our product, I think you have made a wise choice because Online Design is currently one of our best-selling product.
My name is John from Cmsmart Support Department, very happy to help you understand more about our product.
1. " I need to know if I can control what tools my customers can use for each product?"
-> As an admin, you can Enable/ Disable every tool available in Online Design.
For example: You can disable the Order Upload feature. Which means your customer won't be able to upload their own design anymore until you enable it again.
2. "I also want to enable my customers to change the image I already uploaded to the design so they can use their own, but only in the products where there is an image."
-> Yes, Online Design has a very powerful "Layer" function and very easy to use. Users just need 1 click to remove the image or letter they don't want on the design. (https://prnt.sc/swxhv0)
3. "And also - Can I as an admin have all the tools enable so I can make a premade design, even when the tools are disabled for my customers?"
-> Can you tell me more detail about this. For example, which features you want to disable for customer and available for admin?
I hope my answers bring useful information to you. For better support, you can contact me personally via skype: live:.cid.aef85bc846e02a1f or WhatsApp: +84 373 579 463.
Best regards,

Thanks for your reply, John!
I want to be able to add text as an admin, but my clients should not be able to add new text, only change the text I have already added in the template.
If I choose that my clients should not be able to add text, me as an admin, cannot add text either.
This also applies with pictures etc.
I make digital print and I'm afraid that people can just take a screenshot and skip payment. Is there anyway I can make a watermark in editor or do you have another fix for that? :)
Best regards
Dear Louise,
" Is there anyway I can make a watermark in editor or do you have another fix for that? :)"
-> Yes there is, you can make Watermark on the backend page like this (https://prnt.sc/sx4642)
*I want to be able to add text as an admin, but my clients should not be able to add new text, only change the text I have already added in the template.

-> If it is only to create premade designs then you can enable it to create end then disable it when you finish. There are other options but it will take an extra fee and some time to explain.
Do you use Skype or WhatsApp? Can I have your Skype ID or WhatsApp number for better consultants?
Sincerely,
John.
I already added the watermark, but it doesn't appear in the design. Do you have a screenshot of it working so I know where it should appear?

Hello Louise,
How are you today?
The watermark will appear after you downloaded the design under PDF and JPG files.
