I tried in DEMO a 3.5MB file and it said over limit. I want to know what the max upload size is ?
Is it depends on Browser, or hosting server or the setting in plugin ?

It depends on setting of the plugin! You can change it. Sometime server limitation is also a problem if you used a cheap share hosting. But I have to say this is not a problem, just request support team if you want.
