Sumit : The ease of use and the professional support. I have used multiple extensions on my site www.warmoven.in. From the base theme, mobile theme, megamenu etc..

2. Which highlight feature do you like most in our products/ solutions?
Sumit : It works in the first shot. I wanted to have a mega menu like a feature, it worked in the first shot without any support.

3. Do you feel easy when installing our product/ solutions?
Sumit : I want to say: That's the best part.

4. Tell us about your experience with our team and tell us the staff name that impressed you?
Sumit : Vicent has been very helpful. I don't remember but I think Thanh was very helpful.

5. Tell us your success story after using our products/ solutions?
Sumit : We have grown our business. We are one of the best online bakeries in Bangalore and planning to go PAN India. I am a cofounder and an average developer. I am the only one tech person in the whole business and have been able to reach this extent only because of cmsmart.

6. Do you suggest any better ideal for our products/ solutions?
Sumit : Only issue I had with the responsiveness. I bought the theme but it was not responsive and now it's becoming very important to make it responsive. I am trying to move my site to the responsive them now which is not very good at cmsmart.
