I've had this plugin for almost a year and it still is lacking functionality to work from A to Z. The problems usually are that customer designs are displayed differently when downloaded as a PDF file. This makes the plugin pretty unreliable, because if we print something that doesn't look like the customer design we get blamed by our customers.

14 out of 42 fonts were displayed wrong when downloading as PDF. This was just a test to see how many fonts aren't functioning properly.
I know that there's a Tool that fixes these font problems, but it doesn't make sense to go through 869 fonts to check if they are functioning properly.
The issue is that NBDesigner is embedding fonts instead of just outlining the fonts. In todays print standards embedding fonts isn't accepted in a lot of places, because of problems like this one.
To fix all these issues i strongly recommend that the design tool outlines all the fonts when creating the PDF.

We also has this kind of issue using NBdesigner. Many Chinese font can't be displayed properly on PDF which causes lots of headache of handling printing issue and customer complaints. NBdesigner is not reliable enough to handle real printshop business scenarios. Please support on the ticket we created for font issue which already opened for 2 months without real solution to show correct fonts on PDF. I agreed with Dan that you should outline the words instead of embed the font on PDF.
