I have the same problem, I upgraded to Virtuemart 3.2.14 and One Page Checkout plugin is not redirecting to the payment system (credit card or Paypal). I bought the template "Virtuemart Responsive Book Store Template", the plugin "One Page Checkout" was included. Now I need your support to solve the problem, but the support has expired. Do I have to extend the support for "Virtuemart Responsive Book Store Template"? I see that the last update for this template was Aug 05 2016, and this problem is new.
