i really like your product and believe that i can use it in one project. But i have one question: Right now i only can upload PNG, JPG or GIF within the Online Product Designer using "Add image". Is there any way to use a vector based format like PDF, SVG or EPS to be uploaded in the Designer? Are there any plans to make this possible?

I have the same question as Dieter Pfenning.
The file extensions png, jpg, and gif are web formats. Printers and graphic arts professionals need tiff, eps, and vector-based pdf support.

Yes, our product supportsto export into jpg, svg, pdf files. So, dont worry about that.

Perhaps there is another solution for my problem. For me it would work, if i could use a PDF in the background. I tried this in your Backend Demo without luck:
Dashboard > "WooCommerce" > "Products" > Select one Product in list > Metabox "Setting NBDesigner" > Tab "Custom Design" > First entry Button "More setting" > "Background Type" Radio Button "Image" > upload PDF in media library
In the Backend i can upload a PDF as a backround image. But then i only see a brocken image icon in the dashboard. In the frontend i can see no background at all. Do i miss something here? Are PDF not supported as background?

Many thanks for your waiting. We just came back to work after 7 days off for holiday
1 - Background only support the file fomat png, jpg
2 - If you want to allow customers fill more information in th PDF file, we can make customization for this feature.
3 - Currently, our product does not support editting existed PDF file ( only able to add text, images ...on the existed file like the point 2 above.
