You say you will provide Product Training if I buy the Marketplace or Enterprise Tshirt Package, How can I get this training? Via ticket or online video or call?

Normally, when customers buy our product, they can get our support and guidance via ticket support system. Howver, for the Marketplace and Enterprise Tshirt package, we do provide the online training via Skype.

We provide 3 sessions, each lasts within 1 hour, including: Workflow OverView Session, Ask and answer About FAQ, & Basic configuration Session.
