However the button USE TEMPLATES is not showing in the product page
where to set up this button/showing this button

Update template.
Situation: I bought template + plugin.
I paid for installation
I pay for support
Now the theme is outdated.
I asked about 10times for the update.
Finally this answer came:
I talked to the developer, they told me that your customization is done on the parent theme
So to update the theme you need to pay a fee of $100-$200 we will update it for you
And we will also ask the developer to find a solution to move that custom the child theme.

As I can read everywhere: you need to do custom coding and setting on child themes; So you did this on purpose to ask money again.

Actually, your theme has been customized before and the update is not included in our support package that you paid for, so if you want to update the theme, you need to pay an extra cost.
And our developer also attached the file so that you can update yourself.
