Situation: I bought template + plugin.
I paid for installation
I pay for support
Now the theme is outdated.
I asked about 10times for the update.
Finally this answer came:
I talked to the developer, they told me that your customization is done on the parent theme
So to update the theme you need to pay a fee of $100-$200 we will update it for you
And we will also ask the developer to find a solution to move that custom the child theme.

As I can read everywhere: you need to do custom coding and setting on child themes; So you did this on purpose to ask money again.

We want to update the theme it selves, like with normal themes: we pay for lifetime updates. Now you ask money again?

I have checked the 'new theme zip file' you have send me and I see that the newest file dates December 2020: I ask again what files are new?
When I pay templates, which I do for 20 years already, I always have support, at least 1 year. You do not have support for the theme, not 1 day? Strange isn't it.

I am sure the update of the theme is included in the software.
