I didnt get a demo importer option in my theme's download as outlined in the instructions. The theme is the TeePro WooCommerce theme from ThemeForest and NetBaseStream if anyone can help.

I download the zip package but after copying via FTP, i flushed the cache and update the index management.After i log in again in my admin.
