Request-Design page   It seems I do not have this page in the template or plugin Where to set-it up - sidebar, structure, layout?

I have products with Templates set up I can see the templates in the product when opening NB designer plugin However the button USE TEMPLATES is not showing in the product page   where to set up this button/showing this button

The button Request Quote - where to set it up? When I try the form it goes in loop - not sending anything   - where to change the color of the form - where to set up the button ?
