Hello Janet,
I bought a Magento theme from you guys. I didn't use the 6 months free support fully because site was not in production and i was ill.
I have moved my site to production now and I discovered the default "New User Account Registration is not working"
No Error on page
No user account created
Nothing.
I reached out to your support and i was told i have to pay for another support month. Note that this is the theme default user registration that should work by default.
