Every plan is billed annually: you pay the yearly price by PayPal when you subscribe, then the same amount each year until you cancel. Premium $29/mo, billed $290 a year (you save $58); Fullstore $59/mo, billed $590 a year (you save $118); B2B $149/mo, billed $1,490 a year (you save $298); Marketplace $299/mo, billed $2,990 a year (you save $598). Hosting after the 3 included months, AI tokens beyond your allowance and custom work are billed separately.

No. Every plan is billed once a year, and the yearly price is 10 times the monthly price: you get 2 months free. The price per month on each plan is shown to compare plans; you pay the yearly amount.

Your current subscription keeps renewing at your existing price. If it expires, renewal is on the new plans — the licence system has changed. An active subscription is never changed or cancelled by us.

One set-up is one product fully configured: complete product information, printing options (pricing options) and the custom design zone (online designer areas and sides). The information comes from you, or we use sample data. We tell you in your Ticket when each one is ready.

Once a product is configured, its printing options and design zones can be applied in bulk to the other products in the same category. So we recommend choosing one product from each category for your set-ups.

Three steps. You start with your trial licence key (most customers already have one from the 30-day trial; new visitors get one free in the dashboard). You buy the plan and the same key upgrades automatically, with nothing to reinstall. The services included in your plan open a Ticket automatically, and you and the Cmsmart team set up your store together.

From your dashboard: download the Cmsmart Product Designer and your Cmsmart Store package. Upload them in WordPress and paste your licence key to activate. On Fullstore and above we can install the store on our VPS for you if you do not have a host ready yet; the hosting is optional.

Every Cmsmart Store package is a free download from your dashboard, including the B2B and Marketplace stores. To install and activate a store you need a licence key: your trial licence key works during the 30-day trial. A store that is not released yet shows "Coming soon".

Yes. Import the demo content to start from a working store, then replace the samples with your own products and pages. Your Ticket with our team covers the set-up of your first products.

Connect your domain, switch your payments to live and start selling. Our team helps through your Ticket.

Yes. Beyond the set-up in your plan, our team can do: branding (logo, colours, fonts, header and footer); home page sections with your content; PayPal, shipping and tax tested before go-live; recommended free plugins installed and configured; more products set up for you; and a launch check of checkout and emails. Each service is scoped per store: open a Ticket from your dashboard and tell us what you need.

Your domain, hosting after the 3 months included on Fullstore and above (quoted), AI token use beyond your allowance, paid third-party plugins, payout fees on Marketplace, and custom integrations or development, which are quoted.

Yes: every plan starts with a free 30-day trial of the plugin with premium features and a store in preview. Because you can test first, plans are non-refundable.

Plans renew automatically once a year through PayPal. Cancel any time before the renewal date in your dashboard or PayPal; your plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for.

Yes. In Your Licenses in your dashboard, choose Upgrade on your key: you see your current plan and the higher plans with their yearly price and your credit. You keep the same licence key and the unused value of your current plan is credited to the first year of the new plan. A trial key can move to any plan.

Free 3-month hosting helps you launch fast if you don't have a host ready yet. You can also install the store on your own hosting — the free hosting is optional.

We send you a hosting quote for your store, or you move it to your own hosting. If you choose neither within 14 days, the hosted store may be suspended; we keep a backup for 30 days.

Updates of our plugin and stores, compatibility with current WordPress and WooCommerce, and bug fixes in our code. Content entry, redesigns, new features, custom code and third-party plugins are quoted.

AI Preflight, Background Remover and Upscale use tokens from your Cmsmart AI wallet, and the dashboard shows the cost before each action. Every plan comes with a yearly allowance granted to your Cmsmart dashboard wallet (3,000 tokens on Premium, 20,000 tokens on Fullstore, 100,000 tokens on B2B, 200,000 tokens on Marketplace). The AI Design tab of the designer uses your own OpenAI key.

Through Tickets in your dashboard. We reply within 24 hours, or 48 hours at weekends. That is a first reply, not a fix time.

Both are full store solutions. Cmsmart B2B is Fullstore plus the Cmsmart B2B store: quotes, reorders, bulk order forms, company accounts, approvals and customer-group prices. Cmsmart Marketplace is B2B plus the Cmsmart Marketplace store: vendor registration, vendor dashboards and store pages, commissions and payouts. The Cmsmart B2B plugin and the B2B Store come in one package in your dashboard — no separate purchase, activated with your plan key. Cmsmart Marketplace includes the Cmsmart B2B and Cmsmart Marketplace plugins: they and the Marketplace Store come in one package in your dashboard — no separate purchase, activated with your plan key. A store that is not released yet shows "Coming soon".

Yes. You buy the matching licence (Cmsmart B2B or Cmsmart Marketplace). Our team then surveys and analyses your current store and sends you a separate proposal and quote for the upgrade work. Ask for it from the B2B or Marketplace plan above.

Choose Buy now on the Cmsmart Marketplace plan, like any other plan. The price is shown on this page. If you already have a licence key it is upgraded in place.

Cookie consent and personal-data export and erase are covered by WordPress and free plugins we can set up. SSO, audit trails, custom roles, 2FA policies, multi-domain packs and custom service levels are custom development, scoped per store through a Ticket from your dashboard.
