I purchased this extension about a year ago, but never used it because company was going through a restructure.

Now I want to install and use it, but it says I can't download and use it?

Can this download be reinstalled so I can get template.

I also want to purchase the Joomla Amazon template as well, but I already paid for the other one and need it now, but your sytem will not let me.

Can you help me out?
