I have installed it and setup a new custom field as per the instructions. When I add a You Tube video to a product, on the front end, all I get is a black screen and when i try to play the video, I get the error 'An error has occurred. Please try again later.'

I would really like to get this working.

I do not need to know how to install the extension. I have installed many extensions and I have been using Joomla/Virtuemart for 8 years now, since Joomla 1.5.

I see that someone else on this forum has reported the same issue. I did not see that you asked him to pay for an installation service.

The fact is that the extension does not work out of the box. I understand there are a variety of factors that affect the workings of extensions but to suggest that I pay to have a free extension installed is just wrong.
