Vtiger Custom Modules: How to install the HRM module in Vtiger CRM

Adding an HRM module to your Vtiger CRM is a great way to extend your CRM functionality, improve your team effectiveness and enhance your software. 

HRM module is a supporting module for managing employees in the company. We will explain how to install the HRM module in Vtiger CRM according to the following tutorial.

How to import the HRM zip module file into Vtiger CRM

Step 1: Download the HRM zip file from cmsmart.net

 

Step 2: On Vtiger CRM, click the Setting icon located at the down left-hand corner and select "CRM Settings" in the menu. This will take you to the Setting page.

 

Step 3: Here you will see the modules box in the summary section at the top of the page. Click on Modules box and this will take you to the Module manager page.

 

Step 4: When you get to the Module Manager page, just click on the"Import Module from zip" as shown below: 

Step 5: This will open a new page where you will be asked to choose the HRM zip file to import. Just click the choose file icon and select your HRM module zip file. After you have selected the file, make sure that the checkbox "I accept with disclaimer and would to proceed" is checked and click on the Import button.

 

Step 6: On the next page, press the "Import now" button.

 

Step 7: You will see a message import successful displayed. The Module manager page displays additional HRM modules.

 

Step 8: Now, your Vtiger CRM has an additional HRM module.

 

After the module is successfully installed, you would be able to active/ deactivate the module or configure the Setting from under Module manager. So, play around and let us know how your experience went.
