The challenge
Prior to Cmsmart's involvement, the client faced challenges with their online ordering system, which lacked a streamlined user experience. Customers found it difficult to navigate through product offerings like business cards and flyers, hindering their ability to customize or order products effectively.
The primary objective was to create an improved, intuitive online ordering experience that not only simplified the ordering process but also strengthened the online catalog presentation. The client sought a solution that enhanced product visibility and accessibility while ensuring a frictionless customer journey.
What we built
In an era where customer experience drives brand loyalty, the printing industry is rapidly transforming its business processes to keep up with digital trends. This case centers on a printing business specializing in customized print products, aiming to improve its online ordering and customer engagement.
